We will bring many of Niigata Prefecture’s famous products, such as sake, fruits, metal processing products, and traditional crafts, to New York for the Niigata Fair, an event where you can actually see, touch, taste, and experience them.
We will be selling knives and kitchen goods from Hinoura Cutlery Studio inSanjo City, which you would normally have to wait more than three years to buy, as well as a tasting corner for sake and Japanese pears made by producers. addition, if you participate a survey, you will be entered into a lottery to win a Niigata product(we have prepared a limited number of products).
