I want to announce that I, Hinoura Mutsumi, will be leaving Hinoura Hamono.
I have been working at Hinoura Hamono since 2001, but due to differences of opinion with Tsukasa Hinoura, I have decided to leave the workshop.
As a result, I am moving towards independence, but please understand that we will be no longer able to use the names Ajikataya and Hinoura Hamono or any associated logos belonging to these brands.
My signature Mutsumi will continue to be used….
